In many parts of the world today’s children are the sickest generation, not only the sickest children in United States of America history in terms of chronic disease. Obesity, heart disease, diabetes, cancers, asthma, allergies, autoimmune diseases, behavioral disorders are just a part of their problems and the preventable trends continue to worsen each year.

The current U.S.A. current food and agricultural systems, embraced ultra-processed ingredients and synthetic chemicals can be blamed for that. Not practicing a sport is another reason.
