One of the messages rediscovered every august in the last few years is connected to the proximity of Mars in the year 2003. In that year, in 27th of august, it happened an unique astronomic event for our generation: the planets Mars and Earth approached to the closest distance in the last 6000 years, to some 55,76 million kilometers, and the apparent disc reached the maxim possible diameter as 25,1 seconds of arc. The next approach, at a distance even closer than on from 2003, will happen at 28th of august 2287. Deşi nu m-am abonat nicăieri pentru a primi ştirile respective, au venit într-o formă foarte originală: un mesaj avînd ca imagine ataşată o captura de ecran a unei pagini web. Adresa afişată este "catalin" , iar mesajul a fost trimis unei liste întregi de adrese pe care le poate vedea oricine din listă.
