This Is Your Body On Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are good and you should eat them but not only them. Humans are omnivore, we can eat a lot of types of food and we should eat fruits, vegetables, seeds, mushrooms, meat and whatever else we can eat and it's not hurting us. Some people still drink milk as adults or ear cheese and similar things, and if you can drink it you should - an easier source of energy when you are hungry.

But too much food will hurt you, and  you should often burn the excess calories doing exercises / practicing sports.
