Misinformation is a part of our lives and everyone have been fooled by it, the difference being have you been fooled only several times in your life or have, by mistake or whatever it was, or have you been fooled every day / hour / minute of your life just because you can't handle news and information about the world around you?

Peter Knight is a Professor of American Studies at the University of Manchester, and has held visiting fellowships at New York University, Harvard, Leiden University and the Netherlands Institute for Advanced Studies in Amsterdam.
