Having fat in our organism is not bad. We all need it when there is no food available and that can happen anytime, when traveling and when something is broken and the food chain is broken. Too much fat is bad, especially when one is not moving enough and not practicing a sport.
PBS America is presenting a documentary named The truth about fat. How much truth is there I don't know but you should watch it, it may help you have a more normal and more healthier life.
